Based on her experience, Deborah has made a personal commitment to help passionate, motivated women to prove themselves in the very masculine perceived world of motorsport.
As President of the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission from 2022 to 2024, she undertook global initiatives that not only raised awareness but also inspired vocations and created a new dynamic significantly contributing to the advancement of gender equality.
With her story, Deborah not only shows how to build and lead a team giving everyone the best conditions to develop and perform, but also inspires and encourages the younger female generation to believe in their dreams.
