IRON DAMES YOUNG TALENTS ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS FOR FIRST SELECTION AT FRANCIACORTA

Iron Dames is delighted to announce the names of the 20 talented young girls selected for the inaugural Iron Dames Young Talents event. This new initiative aims to identify and develop young kart racers between the ages of eight and 13 who dream of a career in motorsport and represent the next generation of female racing stars.

After receiving an impressive number of applications, the Iron Dames detection cell carefully reviewed each entry, focusing on the candidates’ passion, determination, motorsport background and strength of career dream. The selected participants represent a diverse range of nationalities, reflecting the global reach and inclusive spirit of the Iron Dames project.

Through rigorous scouting events, supported by the expertise of PREMA Racing, we assess candidates on their driving skills, passion, determination, work ethic and ability to embody the spirit and attitude of the Iron Dames. If exceptional talent come to light, they will have the opportunity to join the Iron Dames family and benefit from tailored development programmes, mentoring from experienced motorsport professionals and access to world-class training facilities, joining the pool of our youngest drivers such as Natalia Granada, Vicky Farfus and Mia Oger as part of the next generation of racing star.
