THE ALL-FEMALE RACING TEAM
Founded in 2018 by Deborah Mayer, the Iron Dames project has been launched and rapidly developed in motorsport. The Iron Dames, as an all-female line-up, achieved historic victories and breakthroughs at the pinnacle of world endurance racing, including becoming the first all-female team to win a race in the FIA World Endurance Championship in 2023.

In 2025, Iron Dames will compete in top endurance championships, including WEC, IMSA, ELMS, and ALMS, with the Porsche 911 GT3 R . The line-up feature some of the most talented and experiencedfemale drivers, partnering with top-level expert racing teams to continue their reach of new heights andvictories.
This partnership also includes a strong commitment to talent development, linking Iron Dames’ “Young Talents” program with Porsche’s junior development pathway. By providing opportunities fromkarting to professional racing, Porsche and Iron Dames are shaping the future of motorsport andensuring that every dream has the chance to become a reality.
